Project Coordinator – Apartment Build Ballarat, VIC Full-Time | Immediate Start Available The Opportunity: Our client is a renowned builder and leader in the apartment, medium density and commercial sector.
With over 15 years of experience deliviering the highest quality builds, they continue to grow with a strong pipeline of projects across metro Melbourne and Victoria.
Due to continued growth, they seek an experienced and ambitious Project Coordinator to join their team.
As a Project Coordinator, you'll support the delivery of a diverse range of commercial and multi-residential projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Working closely with senior Project Managers and site teams, you'll assist with procurement, contract administration, project scheduling, and client liaison.
Key Responsibilities Assist with tendering, contract negotiations, and procurement Manage RFIs, variations, and progress claims Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Maintain and monitor project schedules and budgets Prepare and manage documentation in line with project requirements Support project delivery through regular site visits and coordination meetings About You Background as a Project Coordinator or Junior Contract Administrator in commercial or multi-residential construction Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and project coordination Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work both independently and within a close-knit team Prior experience with Procore is highly desirable Based in Ballarat or within a reasonable commuting distance Benefits Be part of a growing builder with strong reputation Work on a variety of impactful projects across sectors Collaborative team culture that values integrity and initiative Initial contract opportunity with the possibility to transition to a full-time position To register your interest please apply via the online function with an; up-to-date resume and cover letter detailed project list.
