As part of our ongoing expansion and strong project pipeline, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Bricklayer to join our team.
Position Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Lay bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and other types of building materials to construct and repair walls, foundations, partitions, arches, and other structures.
* Reading and interpreting plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine layout, materials, and work requirements.
* Measuring and cutting bricks/block materials with precision using hand and power tools.
* Constructing structures such as walls, retaining walls, steps, and other brick features.
* Repairing, restoring, and replacing damaged brickwork.
* Ensuring compliance with WHS standards and company safety procedures.
* Coordinating work with other trades and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
* Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying.
* Proven experience of at least 1 years as a bricklayer, with a strong portfolio of work Expertise in intricate bricklaying, including complex designs and high-quality finishes.
* Strong technical skills and proven ability to perform bricklaying work to a high standard.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
