Our Junior Receptionist is a key role within our accounting practice. This position involves welcoming clients, supporting the accounting team with day-to-day tasks, and contributing to the office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome clients with a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service
* Answer phone calls, direct enquiries to the appropriate team member, and handle mail and correspondence efficiently
* Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area, ensuring a professional first impression for clients and visitors
* Organize and manage client documents, both physical and digital
* Prepare new client packs, facilitate onboarding processes, and assist with client communication under guidance
* Compose simple emails and reminders under supervision, enhancing client relationships and communication
* Sort and process incoming mail, including tax office letters, and handle outgoing mail and courier services efficiently
* Book appointments, prepare meeting rooms, and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless meetings and events
