* Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive CRM strategy, encompassing segmentation, automation, and personalisation to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
* Design and implement targeted email and SMS campaigns to boost repeat purchase outcomes and enhance customer lifetime value.
* Ensure seamless alignment between lifecycle marketing activities and broader business priorities, fostering a cohesive brand experience.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Drive Digital Campaign Success
* Oversee the creation and management of the digital campaign calendar, incorporating paid, owned, and earned channels to maximise reach and impact.
* Collaborate with agency partners to develop and execute performance marketing strategies, ensuring optimal budget allocation, pacing, and KPI delivery.
* Monitor and analyse media performance across key metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion, and attribution models, to inform campaign optimisation and commercial decision-making.
Website & eCommerce
Optimise Customer Journey and Experience
* Partner with internal teams and agencies to enhance the customer journey, UX, CRO, and merchandising, driving a seamless online shopping experience.
* Develop and present regular commercial insights to the leadership team, informing data-driven decisions and strategic initiatives.
* Explore opportunities for scale through attribution modelling, testing, and experimentation, identifying new avenues for growth.
Cross-functional & Stakeholder Management
Collaborative Campaign Execution
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, product, fulfilment, and customer service, to ensure end-to-end campaign execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Manage creative briefing and asset production across digital channels, ensuring timely and effective campaign deployment.
* Present campaign insights and performance to stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
Social Media & Community
Amplify Reach and Engagement
* Contribute to the development and implementation of organic social media strategies, working alongside internal and external contributors to amplify reach and engagement.
* Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, and community partners to expand the brand's online presence and foster meaningful relationships.
