* Implement measures to reduce shrinkage and optimize store performance.
Requirements
* You must have completed the Stretch Program within the last three years.
* You should have successfully managed a Store as a caretaker in the past.
* An active Individual Development Plan (IDP) is essential for this role.
* You require an endorsement from your current Store Manager to apply.
