Facilities Operations Specialist

* Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance across multiple retail centres.
* Ensure each asset operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards while delivering excellent service to tenants and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and contractor management across multiple shopping centres.
* Ensure compliance with WHS, fire safety, environmental, and risk management standards.
* Build strong relationships with tenants, service providers, and centre management teams.
* Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
* Respond to incidents and manage emergency protocols where required.
About You:
* Proven experience in facilities or operations management, ideally within retail or commercial property.
* Strong knowledge of building systems, WHS, and contractor management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple assets effectively.
* Relevant trade, facilities, or property qualifications preferred.
