Cancer care professionals play a vital role in the treatment and management of patients with cancer. At our clinic, we require an experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join our team in Wollongong.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in oncology or hospital pharmacy settings, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care. They will be responsible for clinically reviewing patients, dispensing medications, and providing education and counseling to patients and their families.
The successful pharmacist will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. They will also be able to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage their workload independently.
