Due company expansion, RAATISC are looking for an experienced, motivated community focused individual to join the friendly RAATSIC team as an Operations Manager - (identified preferred position) – Executive Team – Cairns.

Position Purpose:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of our organisation. This involves planning and organising processes across our different programs within the organisation to optimise efficiency and has a positive impact on staff retention, motivation including formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring materials and resources, and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
The Operations Manager needs to be knowledgeable in various areas, including human resources, production processes, quality control, inventory management, logistics, and customer service. They also need excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions quickly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to managing and motivating teams The Operations Manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organisation.
The Opportunity:
* This position is Full-time and based in Cairns with regular travel required in service delivery communities and other areas as required.
