In this position, you will:
Proactively build and maintain effective business relationships with allocated customers within the region, providing high-level contact via face-to-face, phone, email, and digital media.
Respond to sales enquiries and provide quotations for products and services.
Conduct, arrange, and assist with marketing activities and training courses.
Work with the regional team to deliver technical support and stay actively involved in key projects through to successful outcomes.
Drive demand creation and business development activities within new and existing customers.
Implement account sales plans and strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
Review, evaluate, and report on sales activities and initiatives, including timely and accurate CRM reporting.
Seek and manage opportunities to sell all Emerson products and collaborate with relevant counterparts.

For this position, you must have:
Tertiary engineering or technical qualification within instrumentation, process, or automation fields (or relevant practical experience).
Tertiary business or marketing qualification highly regarded.
More than 5 years of sales or marketing experience selling instrumentation (or similar) into process industries (e.g., Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Mining & Minerals, Food & Beverage, Power).
Strong business acumen and ability to manage technical and commercial relationships.
Exposure and technical understanding of process instrumentation technologies (Pressure, Temperature, Contact & Non-Contact Radar).
Highly developed sales skills and strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers.
Extremely driven, motivated, and enthusiastic, with excellent time management skills.
