About You
* Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling or Masters in Psychology
* Registered with ASORC or AHPRA
* Full working rights + Australian Driver's Licence
Role
We're looking for a passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast.
* Guide injured individuals back into the workforce with empathy and expertise
* Conduct meaningful assessments and support career transition
* Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to craft impactful solutions
* Design tailored Return to Work plans focused on recovery and resilience
* Visit workplaces to identify challenges and champion safer, inclusive environments
