5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Amazon Web Services is seeking a Order to Cash (OTC) manager to support our fast growing Professional Services practice. This is a unique opportunity that will give you hands on experience in operation across the countries in the ANZ. You will support and drive high-impact, scalable solutions ultimately accelerating our enterprise customer's journey to the cloud.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the setup for all Project accounting and deliver all financial transactions for Professional Services ensure complete and accurate project and assignment set up in project accounting system consistent with the contract statement of work for all projects and monthly billing while adhering to SLAs.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, sales operations, revenue operations, and legal on the setup and approval process of ProServe engagements while demonstrating a sound understanding of the business.
- Able to dive deep to inspect and scrutinize large data sets to mitigate business risk and downstream impacts of project and assignment setup.
- Has a working knowledge of the data available or needed by the wider business for more complex or comparative analysis. Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
- Prepares and presents formal and informal presentations for business stakeholders.
