The Opportunity
As part of our advisory business, this role will deliver an effective change management strategy, as part of the RAAF SAP-ERP Project based in Canberra.
**Key deliverables will include**:
Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change and develop change management plans
Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics
Engage with key stakeholders to gain support for the planned change
Lead change management work streams with a structured methodology/process
Support development of communications relevant to change initiatives
Provide coaching and training to employees at all levels
Define success metrics and measuring performance against these
Provide reporting and other updates to management and project teams
What you'll bring
Demonstrated change management experience in the Public Sector
Experience working in Defence and in particular ERP based projects will be highly regarded
Tertiary qualifications in change management is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to liaise and engage with stakeholders at all levels
Must be able to work to tight timeframes and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate
Due to the nature of our work, you'll need to be an Australian citizen and eligible for Australian Defence security clearance.
