Key Role Summary:
The Senior Commercial Manager will be responsible for delivering high-level commercial, financial and contractual expertise to ensure project success while governing systems and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Negotiate and settle commercial positions to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome.
* Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
* Provide regular briefings and analysis of complex issues for non-specialist audiences.
* Be accountable for negotiating and finalizing head contract terms and conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree qualification in Engineering, Law or Construction Management (desired).
* A sound understanding of project management principles and contracts.
* Ability to manage complex stakeholder interactions.
