We are seeking a compassionate and reliable support worker to assist a participant in Mildura, VIC. This role requires 10–14 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support social and community participation through outings, walks, hiking, and activities
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Assist with light household tasks, meal preparation, and light cleaning
* Provide safe and reliable transport where required
Requirements:
* Fit and active, with an interest in walking and outdoor activities
* Experience in disability or aged care support (preferred)
* Caring, empathetic, and respectful approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Relevant checks and certifications (Police Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR)
* Driver's licence (preferred)
