About the role
Automotive Inspection Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team in Mandurah, Western Australia. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for a range of motorcyles.
What you'll be doing
1. Diagnosing and repairing a variety of mechanical and electrical issues in on road and off road motorcycles
2. Carrying out routine maintenance tasks such as servicing, brake inspections and fork rebuilds
3. Completing more complex engine rebuilds
4. Conducting vehicle safety checks and providing recommendations for repairs or replacements
5. Maintaining detailed records of all work carried out
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant automotive industry standards and regulations
7. Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients
What we're looking for
1. Formal qualifications in Motorcycle Mechanics or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic in a workshop environment
3. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve a range of brand issues
4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
5. Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to customers
6. A valid driver's licence and your own set of tools
