Our Human Resources recruitment team, who specialise in sourcing high calibre Human Resource professionals working with a variety of global brand and SME clients, are currently searching for new team member to join our Sydney office
THE ROLE
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, in addition to partnering with existing clients, you will also add to your client portfolio through business development activities. This will include connecting to potential clients by phone, face to face meetings and networking within the Sydney business community.
Our Senior Recruitment Consultants operate a 360 methodology, with responsibility for:
* Business Generation
* Candidate Acquisition
* Pre-qualification
* Skills Evaluation
* Interviewing
* Referencing and representation in the marketplace
* Mentorship of junior staff

THE INDIVIDUAL
There are multiple backgrounds that will make you successful in the position.
You may be an Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition specialist that is looking to work with multiple clients and different industries, whilst seeking the opportunity to grow your salary and receive world class training and recognition.
You may be an experienced Human Resources (HR) specialist/manager and be looking to apply your knowledge in this new and exciting career, or an existing agency Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of individual performance, who is looking for a step up in responsibilities.
