There are no limits to what we as team members as an organization, can achieve together.Job SummaryThe Associate in the Credit Administration team will support Trimont’s operations in APAC, playing a key role in the administration of syndicated and bilaterial loan facilities where Trimont acts as Facility Agent and Security Trustee. The role is responsible for assisting with the accurate management, documentation, and monitoring of loan portfolios, ensuring strict compliance with internal policies, transaction documents and regulatory requirements.The Associate will work closely with internal stakeholders, lenders, borrowers and legal counsel to facilitate smooth execution of transactions and ongoing portfolio management, supporting Trimont’s reputation for best-in-class service in facility agency and security trustee roles.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing a diverse portfolio of syndicated and bilateral investment and development loans, fulfilling the roles of Agent and/or Trustee, ensuring that each loan is managed with the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.Cultivating exceptional relationships through seamless communication, serving as the primary liaison among all parties involved, including borrowers and lenders. This involves promptly addressing enquiries and requests.Responsibility for the management of underlying loans, ensuring adherence with the finance documents. This includes ensuring all loan details are accurately represented within the Trimont systems.Engaging proactively with borrowers and their representatives to ensure that all required reporting and information stipulated by the relevant finance documents are submitted punctually.Facilitating effective communication among lenders, borrowers, and their legal teams regarding loan redemptions, restructurings, amendments, waivers, and handling other ad-hoc requests.Liaising with project monitors, borrowers and lenders with regard to drawdowns and calculating lender splits, if required.Arranging for the instruction of property valuations as required.Required QualificationsMinimum 2 years’ loan servicing experience in finance, real estate or a related fieldSolid analytical skills with intermediate to advanced level ability of Excel.Strong organisational and communication skills and must work well within a team.Be Driven/determined to see tasks through to completion.The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.Trimont is an equal opportunity employer, and we’re proud to support and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
