Penola Catholic College requires a skilled Deputy Principal Staff to ensure strong, strategic leadership within a culture of innovation and high expectations. The opportunity is a fantastic one for an experienced and highly skilled Deputy Principal Staff to join Penola Catholic College from *********. As a member of the Executive team, the Deputy Principal (Staff) contributes strategically and operationally to the leadership of the College and is responsible for being proactive, adaptable and flexible in attracting, developing and retaining quality staff. The Deputy Principal (Staff) is an active and visible leader in the community, working across both campuses, demonstrating the ability to foster a positive culture for staff committed to ongoing growth and characterised by high accountability and high support.

Penola Catholic College is a co-educational college for students from years 7-12 with two campuses in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. The campuses are situated in Glenroy (years 7-8) and Broadmeadows (years 9-12) with a total enrolment of approximately 1,500 students. We provide students with real-life learning opportunities and experiences that will prepare them for the "business of living".
