They are seeking a passionate Financial Adviser to join their team. This role is a full-time, permanent, hybrid opportunity based in Ballarat office.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to gain a clear understanding of their financial goals and priorities;
* Offer tailored financial strategies and investment guidance to support long-term success;
* Consistently meet or exceed annual growth and revenue objectives;
* Leverage strong business development skills to build relationships and identify new opportunities; AND
* Provide ongoing service and customised solutions to retain clients and fulfill their evolving needs.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience as a Financial Adviser, having successfully passed the FASEA exam and listed on the Adviser Register, or actively progressing toward completion;
* Proven experience in delivering holistic financial advice tailored to diverse client needs and circumstances;
* Strong ability to manage relationships and engage stakeholders effectively across various levels; AND
* Highly motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving results with a positive mindset.
