The Role
* Hands-on kitchen leadership across lunch, dinner, and small function service
* Coordinating daily prep, staff scheduling, ordering, and supplier management
* Managing food safety, quality, and kitchen presentation standards
* Collaborating on weekly specials and integrating production kitchen components
* Working across Teams and other digital systems for communication and reporting
* Mentoring a multicultural team of chefs, cooks, and casuals
You’ll Bring
* Proven leadership experience — or be ready to step up from a Sous Chef role
* Clear, calm communication and a willingness to guide and uplift your team
* Understanding of kitchen operations, ordering, rostering, and stock control
* A level head in a fast-moving service environment
