We are currently seeking a Part-Time Reservations Agent to join our team.
Your Day to Day
* Support the daily operations of the Reservations Department, maximising occupancy and average rate.
* Handle guest enquiries, bookings, amendments and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
* Deliver exceptional service through all guest interactions, particularly over the phone and email.
* Build strong relationships with guests and internal departments to ensure a seamless booking experience.
* Maintain accurate reservation records and correspondence.
* Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required by the Revenue Manager.
* Stay up to date with promotions, packages and loyalty programs to confidently guide guests.
* Support Front Office operations where required and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
What We Need From You
* Previous experience in a Reservations or hotel front office role preferred.
* Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver personalised service.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Experience with Opera, Holidex Plus and Microsoft Office (preferred).
* Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Completion of Year 12 or equivalent.
* Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, across a minimum of 2–4 shifts per week.
* Full Australian working rights.
