Fill'd brings together registered providers, service providers, and aged care workers through one platform, streamlining workforce coordination, simplifying compliance, and enabling quality care delivery across Australia.
About the role
We are currently looking for a talented Community Success Manager in the Gold Coast region to help us grow our influence in the area. This is a flexible part‐time role of 24 hours per week. You will own your region from Day 1, working with the Head of Customer Success for support and strategic direction, but you will be responsible for building and managing your territory as if you were running your own business. The role suits someone who thrives without close oversight, sets their own agenda, and takes full ownership of their results.
Responsibilities & Expectations
You will not be managing a task list. Instead, you will leverage your knowledge of the Gold Coast home care, NDIS, aged care, or allied health sector to generate trust and build lasting relationships. Your day‐to‐day activities will include making phone calls, dropping in on businesses, facilitating small events, and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.
Qualifications
* Based on the Gold Coast close to the Southport area, with willingness to travel across the Gold Coast region.
* Genuine existing networks in the Gold Coast home care, NDIS, aged care, or allied health sector.
* Experience in relationship‐based work such as sales, account management, community development, or sector engagement.
* Confidence on the phone and face‐to‐face; comfortable making calls, visiting businesses, and facilitating small events.
* Drive and self‐direction to operate largely independently — setting priorities, managing your pipeline, and delivering results without close day‐to‐day supervision.
* A genuine care for the home care and disability sector.
* Direct experience working in home care, NDIS, aged care, or community services on the Gold Coast.
If you fit the above criteria, we would love to chat. This is a great opportunity to be part of something new and make a lasting positive impact on the Aged Care sector for generations to come.
