Human Resources Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team.
* Administer the benefits program effectively, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
* Manage Short-Term Disability Claims and job posting processes, maintaining meticulous records and adhering to established protocols.
* Maintain hourly time records, grievance, and employee records with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Coordinate Employee Relations Activities, including safety events and campaigns, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Process time records and manage claims efficiently, minimizing delays and ensuring accuracy.
* Support recruitment efforts by maintaining employee records and providing administrative assistance as needed.
* Coordinate safety programs and systems, implementing best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
* A high school diploma is required, along with 3+ years of experience in HR administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential for success in this role.
* Familiarity with UKG/Kronos software is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are necessary to excel in this position.

Salary & Benefits:
* This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $47,000.00 - $68,000.00.
