Asset and Maintenance Manager
Responsible for the successful delivery of project outcomes across the Darwin Correctional Precinct. This will require the preparation, planning, and execution of all aspects of the project either directly or through delegation with the on‐site facility team.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update asset management plan, including assisting the Contract Manager with presenting to the client annually on the previous year's results and future plans.
* Develop and prepare project outlines for capital and life‐cycle projects.
* Maintain and update asset data, including condition assessments to be presented to the client.
* Manage the contractual requirements of the project to ensure Honeywell's exposure is minimised and controlled through timely responses and internal escalation.
* Develop and maintain standard methodologies for the delivery and control of projects.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in facilities and asset management.
* Working knowledge of asset lifecycles and experience with condition assessments.
* Work history on large commercial sites or correctional facilities (Preferred).
* Excellent computer skills.
* Ability to successfully obtain clearance to work in a prison environment (essential).
