We are currently looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our Crestmead site.

About the Role
Oversee all warehouse and loading operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
Lead, coach, and develop your team, driving a culture where all injuries are preventable and Zero Harm is our goal.
Implement process improvements, manage stock accuracy, and deliver on-time, in-full performance (DIFOTIS).
Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics partners to achieve business objectives.
Champion cross-functional teamwork and values-based leadership.
What You'll Bring
5+ years experience leading warehouse or operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of safety, risk management, and process improvement (Lean / CI).
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
A passion for developing people and driving results.
