The Position:
We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time VCE Applied Computing Teacher to join our Christ-centred teaching community. The position is located at our Werribee campus.
This position is on a 12 month Fixed Contract.
The Person:
Education and Experience:
* The suitable candidate will be a skilled educator within the teaching profession with a Bachelor of Education or Masters of Teaching, VIT Registration (or provisional if a graduate), and knowledge within the relevant teaching method and plus qualifications and experience in Digital Technology.
* Strong verbal and written communication skillset
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* First Aid qualified
* Ability to lead, inspire, support, and encourage students through teaching from a Christian worldview.
* Capacity to select and use appropriately, a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies to suit the needs of a diverse range of students.
* Any second Teaching method would be highly desirable.
