Balmain Hospital is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide executive administrative support to the General Manager’s Unit. The role requires delivering secretarial, administrative, and clerical support in an efficient, professional and timely manner, with knowledge of office systems and procedures and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

To provide executive administrative support to the General Manager’s Unit in an efficient, professional and timely manner. This position is responsible for the provision of secretarial, administrative, and clerical support to the General Manager and the Hospital's Executive Unit. The position calls for knowledge of office systems and procedures, a high standard of work and an ability to meet tight deadlines.

Ideal Candidate
- High level written communication skills with the ability to prepare briefing notes and correspondence for the General Manager.
- Strong oral communication skills with demonstrated capacity to vary communication style to audience and need.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and providing executive and administrative support functions to the highest professional standards.
