Sous Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
* Applicants should have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment, preferably as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.
* Key skills include being calm under pressure, organised and detail-driven, with a strong commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards.
* A Food Safety Supervisor certification is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management and staff supervision.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
