The position ( internally called International Agent Operations Officer ) is an entry-level administrative job responsible for overseeing contract administration, due diligence coordination, compliance, procurement support, and administrative assistance. This role will join a small team of two people both working with the purpose of a smooth management of the international agent network. Sydney (Surry Hills office) is the preferred location for this role, however, we will consider Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide for the right candidate. We offer flexible working arrangements with a mix of work from home and in the office. Day-to-day accountabilities: Create and maintain international agent contracts and ensure contracts are accurate and up to date. Facilitate due diligence processes with international partners and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Monitor contract renewals and make necessary updates and work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely renewals. Assist Accounts Payable with setting up procurement for agent agreements and coordinate procurement activities as needed. Act as a primary point of contact for international agents regarding administrative needs. To be successful in this role, you will: Have an impeccable attention to detail Previous administrative experience would be ideal and highly regarded Have the ability to manage competing priorities – you will have to manage quite a high volume of data entry, data checking and Be comfortable doing repetitive tasks and working on confidential documents Have great communication skills. Whist this is not a student facing or a customer service role, you'll still need to be comfortable liaising with different people externally and internally Be willing to learn and show initiative No prior experience in education is required. This is a perfect entry-level administrative role for someone who is looking to grow their career in education, who may be keen to transfer to a more "back-of-house" environment, enjoys processes and compliance.
