Position Title: Senior Pharmacist
Location: Pharmacy, Toowoomba Hospital, Toowoomba, Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service
Remuneration: Multiple permanent full or part time positions, hours negotiable, $128,169 - $137,918 per annum (pro rata) (plus superannuation and leave loading benefits), (HP4)
People rely on clear, safe and thoughtful medication care, and this role plays a steady part in delivering that across Toowoomba Hospital. As a Pharmacist Senior, you'll use your clinical knowledge and judgement to support patients and the multidisciplinary team, while contributing to the ongoing development of pharmacy services within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You'll provide clinical pharmacy input across a range of wards and services, reviewing medications, offering practical advice to clinicians and helping resolve complex issues using evidence‐based practice. You'll document interventions, contribute to quality and research activities, and work closely with colleagues to support safe, consistent care. Mentoring pharmacists and students, assisting with service planning and participating in education will also be part of your rhythm.
