About the Opportunity: As the Trade Counter Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with product selection, sales enquiries, quotations, and order processing. You will be a self-driven, organised, and enthusiastic individual who enjoys building strong customer relationships and delivering a high standard of service. About You: Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or trade counter environment. Strong customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional phone manner and exceptional email etiquette. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
