What You'll Do
* Design and develop high quality digital and blended learning content using modern instructional design approaches and AI.
* Design agency network learning and competency assessment to ensure it is practical, engaging, and fit for purpose.
* Translate regulatory, procedural, and business changes into clear learning and assessment solutions ensuring compliance with RG146 and other standards.
* Partner with subject matter experts to validate technical content and ensure regulatory accuracy.
* Facilitate onboarding and support the delivery of technical learning sessions, enabling capability uplift across the business.
* Use learner feedback, assessment outcomes, and data insights to continuously improve learning effectiveness and ensure compliance.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs from scratch, ideally in regulated or technical environments.
* Specialist knowledge of Articulate 360 expertise (Storyline, Rise), HCD design, CX design, learning design & application.
* Strong instructional design capability with a sound understanding of adult learning principles.
* Experience designing technical or regulatory learning and assessments, with attention to compliance requirements.
* Hands on capability with digital learning tools and contemporary content design methods.
* Insurance or financial services experience, or the ability to quickly understand complex, regulated environments.
* Curiosity and creativity, including interest in AI enabled learning design and content creation.
* Confidence working with stakeholders to influence, challenge, and improve learning outcomes.
