Key Duties
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and financial planning for the Work division.
Deliver commercial modelling, pricing analysis and business cases to influence strategic decisions.
Support tenders, scenario modelling and commercial evaluations to enhance profitability.
Monitor financial KPIs, trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations.
Assist with contract reviews, commercial negotiations and category analysis.
Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Partner with business leaders to build commercial capability and strengthen financial leadership.
Support audits, governance requirements and maintain robust financial documentation.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field, with CPA or CA.
Minimum of 5 years of commercial finance or business partnering experience in a large organisation.
Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments, including costing, inventory and BOM, highly regarded but not essential.
Advanced financial modelling, business case development and analytical capability.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
Proficiency in MS Suite and financial systems (ideally Dynamics 365).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
