You will be an accomplished leader and an agent for change, with an ability to positively influence and effect continuous improvement. You have the ability to see a business through the people, through the numbers, but most importantly through the experience of our guests.You will pride yourself on your organisation skills and your ability to pivot in line with the priorities of the business. With a number of significant projects underway around Vessel Replacement, Product Development and Guest Experience as well Staff Engagement and Culture Growth, change management skills will be critical.You will possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, drive, initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail to be successful in meeting the day-to day operational and business project demands.You will also build strong regional relationships in the local community and add value to the tourism sector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the business and its people continue to deliver operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesAchievement and proactive management of the guest satisfaction index “Net Promoter Score” (NPS). Active involvement in problem resolution.Achieving or exceeding the key commercial and financial objectives of the business, with a focus on revenue delivery through yield optimisation and EBITDA conversion through efficiencies.Maintain mutually successful and well cultivated relationships with key stakeholders including Government agencies and regulators, Island operators, Traditional Owners, and other local operators to derive ongoing benefit.Ensure the consistent delivery of the business's products with the highest standards, ensuring that the business is recognised as a market leader in experiential tourism and memorable guest experiences.Manage the effective maintenance, performance, and productivity of the marine and land-based asset base.About YouYou will have a passion for tourism and a love for sharing unique and iconic experiences through the delivery of an exceptional product.
