Responsibilities
* Oversee workshop operations, ensuring staff meet KPIs and sales targets
* Foster strong relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers
* Monitor and report on weekly/monthly KPIs and targets to head office
* Utilize product knowledge to promote top brands effectively
* Adhere to our Quality Assurance System
* Maintain a safe, clean work environment for staff and customers
Qualifications
* Strong work ethic and passion for cars, mechanics, and the automotive industry
* Lead by example, delivering exceptional service and creating lasting customer impressions
* Minimum two years' experience managing an automotive service centre or similar, with a proven sales record in the industry
* Trade qualification preferred but not essential
* WA Driver's license
* Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Western Australia
* Available to work Monday to Friday + some Saturday mornings
