Service Delivery Manager
This position is a frontline leadership role within our organization, overseeing staff rosters and schedules, providing coaching and mentoring to team members, and fostering partnerships with the community.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity, working with complex care requirements for individuals with disabilities and supporting customers with Behaviour Support Plans.
* Operate within the Disability Service Standards, Safety, Quality and Safeguarding frameworks;
* Maintain high standards of quality control and compliance across all aspects of our organization;
* Participate in after-hours on-call rotations based on a roster system;
* Develop strategic partnerships and networks within the community and among internal stakeholders;
