Milskil is seeking a highly qualified, experienced and respected senior warfare specialist to join our Air Warfare Centre team in developing the Battle Worthiness Capability with the RAAF to transform the way the ADF thinks about and teaches air warfare. A key focus for the Battle Worthiness Capability team is 'whole of force' interoperability. Specialists must be experienced in contemporary warfare concept development and understand how ADF capabilities can integrate to successfully achieve mission effects. For this position, we are focused on deep and broad ACG/SRG specialisation experience.

To be successful, you need the following essential skills and background: Significant (broad & deep) experience in Air Combat Group or Surveillance & Response GroupBe an Australian or US Citizen.Hold a current PV or PV reinstatable Defence Security Clearance.Be experienced in contemporary warfare concept development.Understand how ADF capabilities need to integrate to successfully achieve mission effects.Be able to actively contribute across a range of systems-level evaluation dimensions.Be passionate about developing Australia's Air Warfare capability.
