As an ADS Area Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this work. You'll activate teams, strengthen systems and deliver outcomes that directly improve the lives of clients, families and communities.

You will need:
* Significant high-level knowledge of and experience in management and leadership of professionals. Contemporary management knowledge, experience and skills in service delivery, strategic planning, policy development, human resources, business, project, change and information management.
* High-level strategic, conceptual, analytical and creative skills, along with the ability to plan and prioritise activities, formulate complex professional judgements and provide appropriate analysis of research of relevance to the sector.
* Highly developed professional frame of reference encompassing interpersonal, communication, supervision, representation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, including the ability to negotiate and work collaboratively with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Details of appointment:
Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary: $149,660 to $160,625 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

Eligibility:
Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria.
* Registered with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia; or
* Degree in Social Work giving eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers; or
* Registered with the Psychology Board of Australia.
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Completion of progression toward the completing of a post graduate qualification relevant to the position.
