About the Role
: As the Business Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day running and overall results of your store. You will have a true passion for high-quality fashion and design and be confident to create outfits and build wardrobes for your customers. The key to your success will be your ability to coach and inspire your team to outfit and achieve sales results. The main objective is ALWAYS the customer experience and that will drive your sales and KPI results.Responsibilities of the role: Manage a team of 4-5 to maximise sales and customer experienceMotivate the team to achieve weekly targets and store standardsCoach and mentor the sales team including ongoing evaluation, development and training with the teamManage and process stock and oversee back-of-house operationsResponsible for the recruitment and selection of great talent for the businessBuild and maintain solid commercial relationships with the wider business Skills and Experience: Proven track record in sales, customer service and managing performanceStrong merchandise and stock management experienceExcellent team player who enjoys motivating and mentoring the teamA great communicator who is confident with customersExperience outfitting and creating wardrobesPrevious experience in suiting or made to measure an advantageSound understanding of fashion and the retail environment, including trends, fashion and competitionAbility to work under pressure and adaptable to change Business Leaders -
