Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced technical issues.
* Lead, mentor, and support junior technicians.
* Perform maintenance, repairs, installations, and upgrades to industry standards.
* Conduct detailed inspections and produce accurate service reports.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‐quality outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a technical or trade-based role.
* Strong problem‐solving skills with the ability to work independently.
* High-level knowledge of relevant tools, systems, and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, or schematics.
* Relevant trade qualification, certifications, or licences (industry-specific). Resolve issues efficiently.
* Hold a current driver's licence
* Experience working in an active team environment
