Purpose and Scope
This position is responsible for providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

* Provide interpretations of HR policies, procedures, and processes to Leaders.
* Offer assistance to employees regarding general HR inquiries.
* Review and process people tasks through the HR system (Workday).
* Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
* Manage employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
* Support the administration of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, training, and development.
* Stay informed of changes to employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
