* Manage food storage, ordering, and maintain a clean kitchen aligned with eco-accredited standards.

* Train lodge staff on safe food preparation practices.
* Ensure safety for staff and guests, adhering to workplace health and safety legislation.
Requirements
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
* Current First Aid Certificate.
* Access to a reliable four-wheel drive vehicle.
