We have a fleet of 200 cranes ranging from 2.5T to 1200T, including minicranes, Frannas, all-terrains and crawler cranes. Universal Cranes began as a family crane hire business in 1993 and have grown to become a national crane hire company. We are currently seeking an experienced Reception / Administration officer to join our friendly team.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Reception/ Administration Officer to support our Universal Cranes operations in Brisbane. In this position you will work alongside a agile team to deliver a high level of service to our crane hire customers. Reporting to the Brisbane Branch Manager your duties include, but are not limited to:
Greeting and directing customer enquiries
Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
Ensure the upkeep of visitor sign-in procedure
Manage credit card reimbursements and petty cash
Uniform / PPE ordering and maintenance
Booking / Managing travel arrangements
Raising Purchase Orders
Maintaining the office space and re-stocking office supplies
General administration duties
About you:
Previous experience in a Reception/ Administration role
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Exposure to Construction, Cranage, Transport or other relevant blue collar sectors is preferable but not essential
