We are currently searching for a motivated individual with a sales or new business background to join our team based in Scoresby, Victoria as a Sales Executive. Access our Wellness at Linde resource and leverage our Employee Assistance Program.* Shape your career development with over 18,000 learning resources on us - completely free for you to access!* Work alongside industry professionals and be mentored to grow your knowledge.* A birthday gift to celebrate you each year.* Anniversary bonuses to celebrate your milestones with us.* Fast track into your dream car through our novated lease partner.* All eligible employees have the potential to earn money for referrals - refer a successful candidate after you join and receive $$$!* Linde Material Handling is proudly supporting Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds not-for-profit foundation- access all available resources from HHTS.* Access to discounted gym memberships via Fitness Passport for you and your family.# **Tasks and Qualifications:****Your responsibilities:*** Pursue new business opportunities with non-Linde customers via cold calling, prospecting and other new business development activities.* Develop and monitor customer base, both new and existing.* Ensure that all equipment is effectively handed over to the customer and that operators have become familiar and have been inducted on its operation prior to them operating the equipment.* Develop a business plan and forward budget regarding order intake.* Become conversant and knowledgeable on all existing and forthcoming Linde equipment specifications, features, functions, benefits, unique selling points and commercial arguments.**Requirements for success:*** Strong track record of sales, including successfully acquiring new business* Experience in the capital equipment industry is preferred* Ability to formulate proposals and steer purchasing and tender processes* Computer skills, including the ability to work with multiple projects at once* Proficient with Microsoft Office packages - Word, Excel & Outlook* The ability to identify potential selling opportunities* High levels of customer service and communication skillsIf this role sounds like your next big opportunity, please send through a copy of your current resume and cover letter.
