What will you be doing?
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the world of insurance broking. This entry-level role will involve providing support and assistance with all aspects of servicing of client insurance needs as required by senior staff members.
Duties include:
* Preparation and processing of documents
* Maintaining records
* General team administration
* Any additional duties required in the daily servicing of clients
* Communicating with the clients via email and phone
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Be capable of following directions and working collaboratively with others, while also being self-motivated and able to manage own workload.
* Be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
* Have a high level of attention to detail and be super organised.
* Have a good sense of humour and be adaptable to change.
* Be responsive to the changing needs of the team, office and business, and to any issues that arise.
* Have a strong 'can-do' attitude and willingness to pitch in.
It would be great if you had:
* Demonstrate some level of customer service experience
* Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Suite
* Minimum of one year of general insurance experience is an asset
