Salary Package: $65k - $80k + Super

Role Overview
As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will proactively manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers, driving both retention and revenue growth. On a daily basis, you'll engage directly with decision-makers, uncovering opportunities to provide tailored solutions that meet their business needs.

This role gives you the chance to make a tangible impact on business outcomes, influence account strategy, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities
Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers, driving retention and revenue growth
Engage directly with business owners and decision-makers to uncover opportunities and provide tailored solutions
Meet and exceed individual sales, retention, and growth targets
Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and pipeline management in CRM
Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs and support business objectives
Identify risks and opportunities within accounts and take action to address them
Build strong, trust-based relationships, becoming a valued advisor to your customers
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in outbound sales, account management, or customer growth
Experience working in a high-volume call environment, managing multiple accounts efficiently
Commercially-minded and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets
Confident engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers
Skilled at uncovering opportunities and providing tailored solutions that drive revenue
Highly organised and able to manage a portfolio of accounts independently
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
