The Opportunity
As our Engineering Manager you will develop and implement engineering solutions to support the operational development plans for Veolia's Woodlawn Eco-Precinct. To achieve this you will manage and coordinate all engineering functions across the Eco-Precinct businesses to ensure productivity and alignment. In addition you will ensure the quality of environmental and operational activities, including landfilling, waste processing, leachate management, landfill gas optimisation, water treatment, mass balance, to achieve optimal production outcomes. You will also manage the overall site water balance and water management strategy and oversee and manage the site's electrical and SCADA systems.

What you'll need to be successful
* Relevant engineering degree of equivalent
* Demonstrated experience in engineering management role or relevant experience
* Demonstrated project management experience
* Demonstrated experience in large industrial, commercial waste, resource recovery or water treatment facilities
* Understanding of environmental compliance including regulatory agency interactions
