Job Opportunity:
The Guest Service Agent will deliver exceptional service to discerning guests at a luxury hotel.
* Assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with luxury service expectations.
* Provide personalized, efficient service to all guests.
* Work collaboratively as a team member.
* Ensure that all Check-ins and Check-outs are processed smoothly, accurately and with a personal sense of welcome and farewell.
* Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
