As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, and completing stock takes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a small team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
* Create rosters and schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
* Generate orders and manage inventory levels
* Conduct stock takes and maintain accurate records
* Develop and implement merchandising plans to improve sales and customer engagement
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to both customers and colleagues
Requirements
* Previous experience in a grocery or dairy/freezer retail environment is desirable
* Ability to supervise and motivate a team
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a 'hands-on' approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to liaise with both team members and management
* Commitment to work health and safety standards
