Your Role:
We are seeking both Chef de Partie and Commis Chefs to join our growing kitchen brigade. Whether you're an experienced section lead or an emerging chef ready to step up, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional dishes and maintaining the high culinary standards The 203 is known for.
You will work closely with the Head Chef and senior team across various sections of the kitchen, including grill, pasta, and prep, ensuring every plate leaving the pass reflects quality and consistency.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Preparing and cooking dishes to the restaurant's standards
• Assisting with supervision and training of junior staff (Chef de Partie)
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety across your section
• Managing stock rotation and assisting with ordering supplies
• Contributing ideas to menu development and daily specials
• Supporting a positive, collaborative kitchen culture
Who We're Looking For:
• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a quality kitchen environment
• Formal culinary training or relevant qualifications preferred
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced service
• Organised, reliable, and strong communication skills
• A genuine team player with a passion for great food
